Hotel Travel Packages
Stagecoach Music Festival: April 26 - 28, 2013
Travel Packages include:
- Three (3) Nights at La Quinta Resort & Spa, Riviera Palm Springs, Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, Miramonte Resort & Spa or Indian Wells Resort Hotel.
- All hotel taxes included.
- Minimum age for all travel packages is 18+.
- Two (2) or Four (4) 3-day GA Tickets OR
Two (2) P1 or P2 Tickets to the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. - Shuttle transportation all weekend between the hotel and festival site.
- Shuttles will run continuously from 11 AM until 60 minutes after the music ends.
- You will pick up your tickets, shuttle passes and other pertinent documentation at the hotel upon check in.
- You will need a credit or debit card to check into the hotel when you arrive. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. (This does not need to be the same card used to SELECT THIS PACKAGE your package.)
- Update April 12, 2013 8:00AM PST: In order for everything to be accessible for check-in, Name Transfers for travel packages will no longer be accepted.
P2 Reserved Seating sections are directly in front of the Main Stage. A commemorative laminate will be included with reserved seating wristbands indicating seat location. You must have both wristband and laminate to access your seat at all times. Take home your souvenir seat Sunday night AFTER THE CLOSING ACT ONLY. All reserved seating guests will have access to an area located immediately adjacent to the Main Stage and consists of shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar.
P1 Tickets include all P2 amenities plus the following. You will have one of the best seats at the show. You will also have access to a private exclusive area for P1 seat holders only. This area is also adjacent to the Main Stage and consists of plenty of shade, seating, complimentary water, beer, wine & snacks, private restrooms, additional food/beverage vendors, a full cash bar and a bit more elbow room.
