On-site Lodging FAQ
Q: Can you mail our tickets?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to mail out any credentials. All passes are redeemed at our off-site check-in location. Please stay tuned for all check-in details as we near closer to the event.
Q: Can I receive additional parking passes for my guest?
A: You are guaranteed to have one parking pass per package. We will have limited quantities to distribute at our check-in location. Additional passes cannot not be 100% guaranteed.
Q: May I add guests to my reservation?
A: These packages are specifically built for two people only. No additional guests will be permitted.
Q: Where will our seats be located?
A: The Safari program will grant you seats in SEC 204; Resort and Estate programs will grant you access in SEC 103. Specific seats have been assigned and were sent.
Q: When can we check-in?
A: Check-in will start in the early afternoon on Thursday leading into the event. Thursday 10AM- Midnight. Friday 10AM-Midnight
Q: Will these packages grant me access to the standing pit?
A: No, all packages are assigned to specific, assigned seats.
Q: When is the latest I can check out of my accommodations?
A: The latest you can check out is the Monday after the event by 12PM.
Q: Are there payment plans?
A: No, all packages must be paid in full upon purchase.
Q: Can I change my tent type?
A: At this time, we are unable to process any changes to tent types.
Q: Where are Safari tents, Yurts, and Estates located?
A: Safari tents and Yurts are located on the event property, while the Estates are located right off the property in very close and convenient proximity to the event grounds.
Q: Can I bring friends to hang out in my Safari tent or Yurt?
A: No, only Safari and Yurt guests will be permitted into the private campgrounds
Q: How often will the golf cart transportation be running?
A: Golf Carts & Trams will run continuously on a loop throughout the grounds.
Q: Will we have access to our cars throughout the weekend?
A: Yes, you will have access to your car. You will be able to store things in your car as well as take it off site at any point in time to run any errands you may have. Please be aware that you will be asked to show valid credentials upon re-entry.
Q: What food is offered?
A: We will be serving Breakfast and Late night snacks in the Safari lounge daily.
Q: Do our tents lock?
A: Safari tents do not lock. However, if you have valuables, it is recommended that they be locked in your vehicle. Yurts will be able to be locked.
Q: Does each tent have a restroom?
A: No, restrooms are shared amongst all Safari guests. There will be air-conditioned restrooms and shower trailers available throughout the weekend. Each Yurt will have access to private restroom and shower.
Q: Are there outlets in the Tents?
A: Yes, all tents will have electricity with outlets.
Q: Will wifi be available?
A: The Safari Lounge will have Wifi accessibility inside. There is also a private network available for the Resort program that extends throughout the Yurt compound.
Q: Is parking included?
A: Yes, parking will be included. Our Safari parking lot is located right next to the campground for easy access throughout the weekend.
Q: Do we work with travel agencies and commission them for packages?
Q: Can we get a discount if all 8 spots are not filled or if we can not attend all 6 nights for Estates?
A: It is not mandatory that all 8 spots be filled or all nights attended. However, the price will not be prorated accordingly.
Q: Can Yurts have two beds?
A: Yes, but generally they only include 1 king bed.
Q: Will there be a mini fridge in my tent?
