Local Hotel Shuttles

• One (1) 3-day Shuttle Pass for unlimited transportation to and from the hotel or property selected
• One (1) 3-day GA or VIP festival ticket to Coachella Music Festival (If festival ticket combo chosen)
• One (1) 3-day GA or VIP festival ticket to Coachella Music Festival (If festival ticket combo chosen)
• Shuttles will run from 11am until 60 minutes after the music ends each night
• All shuttle stops will be within walking distance of your selected hotel
• Parking at each property is VERY LIMITED, if you are not staying at a hotel or resort, please find additional transportation to the shuttle stop (Do not bring your car)
• If you are choosing a park and ride shuttle stop, please be there early for parking, parking is NOT guaranteed and will be on a first come first serve basis. Parking is limited. (Park and Ride Locations: Desert Fashion Plaza, Agua Caliente, Tennis Garden)
• All Shuttle Passes must be shipped in advance; there will be no Will Call option available.
• If you purchased a TICKET+SHUTTLE COMBO and would like to request a shuttle stop change, all shuttle passes on your order must make the switch at that time. After Feb 7th, there will be no changes permitted.
• If you purchased a SHUTTLE ONLY pass and would like to change your shuttle line, you must call Valley Music Travel Guest Services at (888) 833-1031. After March 3rd, there will be no changes permitted.
• For all shuttle change requests from Tennis Garden to hotels you must have proof of being with a registered guest at the hotel. If not you MUST find alternative transportation to the hotel as no cars will be allowed on the property. (La Quinta resort is for registered guests ONLY)
