Will Call is the table in the hotel lobby where you pick up your festival tickets and/or shuttle passes. Whichever hotel you are riding from (the hotel you selelcted on our page) is where you will pick up your tickets, shuttle passes, and any other pertinent info pertaining to your stay.
Even at peak times, the process should not take much longer than 15 mins to pick up your credentials. We will have ample staff to ensure a quick check in process. Most times you will be able to just walk up to our table, and receive your credentials in less then 5 minutes.
Room upgrades are not available through Valley Music Travel. If you would like a suite we suggest that you book through the hotel directly and purchase your shuttle passes through us.
While we have taken many precautions in order to circumvent festival traffic, we cannot account for area traffic or weather delays. However, we have several routes to and from the grounds that avoid most festival traffic and will get you there and back as quick as possible every time.
Up to 4 can stay in a hotel room, but please pay attention to the bed type selected as we may not be able to change the bed type you select.
Please contact us and we will do our best to put you as close to, or next to your friends.
Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best if you contact us immediately after both rooms are booked to put you in connecting rooms.
Hotel check in time is not guaranteed until 3 PM. We have communicated with each of our hotels and they have assured us that they will do everything in their power to get our rooms in as early as possible (noon is most likely the earliest). However, if the hotel is sold out or close to sold out the night before, early check in will be difficult.
Not all resorts/hotels offer additional nights. Should you wish to add these nights to your package you may do so during the check out process on the ticketing page if they are available at your hotel/resort.
Shuttles will run continuously from 11am until 60 minutes after the music ends each day to and from the festival grounds. Each hotel will have a "Shuttle coordinator" that will be available to you to answer any questions about when and where you can board the next bus to the festival. Buses will be running constantly throughout the day, so no worries, you'll always be able to get to and from the festival grounds.
Yes you can. Choose the Hotel shuttle pass that is closest to your hotel. That hotel is where you will be picked up and dropped off, and where you will be picking up your shuttle passes and/or festival tickets. However if you are not staying at the hotel you can NOT drive your car to the property. Please be prepared to find alternative transportation to the shuttle stop
All shuttles will be clearly marked with the hotel that specific bus is going to. There will also be VMT staff to direct you to the correct waiting area. Your shuttle line will be labeled as a zone and color coordinated with your shuttle card.
We cannot accurately predict exactly how long it will be, but please be assured that we will work very hard to get the buses out as quickly as possible. Again, it is our goal to keep you satisfied throughout the weekend. We will have our full fleet of vehicles running directly after the show to ensure little or no wait and to get you back to your hotel in a timely manner.
